Aluminum: Wally Watt, Inc. buildings
are constructed out of Aluminum. Our aluminum features a factory
baked enamel finish which provides a virtually maintenance free
solution. A strong and durable material, which resists corrosion,
rust, oxidization, fading, warping, termites and decay. The life
expectancy of this product is in excess of twenty years.

| |
Wood: Requires maintenance including priming
and painting. Susceptible to moisture, which can warp and rot the
building. Additionally termites are attracted to wood and if untreated
can destroy a structure. Sunlight can cause damage to the exterior
of buildings and require hours of annual upkeep and maintenance. Over
time, the buildings show signs of aging. |
 |
Metal or Steel: Rust. The average life expectancy
of this type of building is usually five to ten years in the coastal
areas. Almost all types of these buildings require a concrete slab
or separate floor system. Once these buildings begin to rust, the
contents are exposed to the elements. |
| |
Vinyl : Fading, warping and discoloration are
the major maintenance concerns. When the buildings fade, warp or buckle,
due to the harsh elements of the sun, the buildings are more susceptible
to leaking. These buildings are extremely lightweight and are often
not anchored to the ground. Additionally, the majority of these buildings
do not meet the Florida Hurricane and Wind load requirements. |

Plastic: Sun, wind and rain take their toll on
these products. The coastal elements limit the life expectancy of
these products to typically less than five years. These products fade,
warp, buckle, crack, and are more susceptible to leaking. Additionally,
the majority of these buildings do not meet the Florida Hurricane
and Wind load requirements. |
